Drawing on over a decade of leading change and revitalizations in academic institutions and churches, Ben enjoys coming alongside executive leaders and boards interested in leading their organizations to the next level. Firmly committed to a model of change management that balances stakeholder input and data-informed decisiveness, he is able to help organizations care for their people while also leading the way forward. 

Curricular Development

Ben has worked across academic disciplines to design curricula that are engaging, relevant to learners’ needs, and sensitive to market concerns.
He has overseen the transformation of cohort-based education to carousel-based programs, and is happy to share his wisdom with higher education organizations looking to make these changes.

Performance Management

One of the greatest pitfalls of any organization is casting great vision while failing to develop strategies and metrics that will help achieve that mission. Ben has worked with leaders to develop performance management plans to enhance strategic planning and ensure that organizations are heading in the right direction. He looks forward to partnering organizations looking to enhance this aspect of their operations.

Diversity & Belonging

As a former chief diversity officer, Ben is well-aware of the challenges that organizations face in ensuring that all people feel a sense of belonging. He has worked with department heads and directors in evaluating organizational culture and policies related to human resources. Ben is eager to work with leaders to evaluate their diversity and belonging efforts and devise solutions that help all employees feel included in the mission.
